Unfortunately, most traditional gates fail to manage the process smoothly and clearly: they often misread receipts, provide insufficient guidance, and cause disruptions. The result? Laurel tackled this challenge by developing its own access gate, proudly unveiling the first prototype at the 10th Laurel Retail Conference. Our primary goal was to minimize disruptions during the shopping process and create an innovative solution that combines ease of use with maximum security.
